After understanding your requirements, a tailored plan is created. This is followed by onboarding and access setup, allowing support to begin seamlessly and effectively.

How does payment work?

Payments are made via bank transfer. Monthly packages are invoiced in advance, while ad-hoc work is quoted prior to commencement with a standard deposit required.

Task Studio operates with high discretion and a Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) can be signed to ensure your information remains safe.

What if I don’t use all my allocated hours?
Do you offer custom packages?

Unused hours may roll over into the following month (up to 10% of your package), allowing you to retain value while maintaining structured scheduling.

Absolutely. While we have structured monthly plans, we understand every business is unique and can create a customized solution that fits your exact needs.

Is there a contract?
